Model SRE-2010
Elite Straight Indoor Stairlift
Bruno's Highest-Capacity Indoor Straight Lift
The Elite is Bruno's premium straight indoor stairlift, built for higher weight capacity and a wider range of body types. An offset swivel seat rotates a full 90° at the top landing for a safe, easy exit, and the seat and footrest are available in larger sizes to fit your needs.
Power Options Available
Power swivel seat, power folding footrest, and power folding rail can all be added to the Elite for riders with limited grip strength or reduced ability to bend down and fold the seat by hand.

Model SRE-2010E
Elite Straight Outdoor Stairlift
Built for Every Season
Bruno's outdoor version of the Elite, engineered for year-round exposure. Weather-resistant seat materials, a lightweight protective cover, and an anodized aluminum rail keep it running reliably from 0°F to 125°F — ideal for front steps, decks, and backyard access.
Power Options Available
Power swivel seat and power folding footrest can be added to the Elite Outdoor for added convenience.

Model SRE-5000
Elan Straight Indoor Stairlift
Bruno's Best-Selling Stairlift
The Elan is Bruno's most popular, Made-in-USA indoor straight stairlift — a well-rounded lift that comes with a 300 lb capacity, a narrow vertical rail that mounts just 5 inches from the wall, and continuous battery charging so it keeps working during a power outage. Field units are often updated with SRE-3050 parts as Bruno issues running changes to the Elan line. Installed cost typically runs $4,000–$6,000, depending on staircase length and any added power options.
Power Options Available
Power swivel seat, power folding footrest, and power folding rail can all be added to the Elan — the folding rail lets the bottom section lift out of the way entirely if it sits near a doorway or hallway.

Model SRE-3050
Elan Straight Indoor Stairlift (SRE-5000 Update)
The Elan You May Already Have
The SRE-3050 shares the same Elan platform as the SRE-5000 — direct-drive motor, narrow vertical rail, 300 lb capacity — and is commonly used by Bruno and Altamira as an updated parts equivalent for SRE-5000 units already in the field. Altamira continues to service, repair, and supply parts for either designation.
Power Options Available
Power swivel seat, power folding footrest, and power folding rail can all be added.

Model SRE-3000
Elan Straight Indoor Stairlift (Earlier Generation)
Reliable, Field-Tested, Still Supported
An earlier generation of the Elan straight indoor stairlift, since replaced by the SRE-3050 and later the SRE-5000. If you have an SRE-3000 installed in your home, Altamira's technicians can still service it, source parts, and keep it running safely for years to come.
Power Options Available
Power swivel seat, power folding footrest, and power folding rail can all be added.
Straight Stairlift Model FAQ
What's the difference between the Bruno Elan and Elite?
The Elan (SRE-5000) is Bruno's best-selling straight indoor stairlift, with a 300 lb capacity and the narrowest rail on the market — it installs within 5 inches of the wall. The Elite (SRE-2010) is Bruno's higher-capacity model at 400 lb, with a larger available seat and footrest for a wider range of body types. Both come with the same battery-powered reliability and Limited Lifetime Warranty on the motor, gearbox, and rail.
What does "SRE-3050" mean if I already have one installed?
SRE-3050 is on the same Elan platform as the current SRE-5000 — same direct-drive motor, same narrow vertical rail, same 300 lb capacity. Bruno and Altamira use it as an updated parts equivalent for SRE-5000 units already in the field, so if your lift is labeled SRE-3050, it's not an outdated or unsupported model — Altamira services it exactly the same way.
Is my SRE-3000 stairlift still supported?
Yes. The SRE-3000 was an earlier generation of the Elan, since followed by the SRE-3050 and current SRE-5000. Altamira's technicians continue to service, repair, and source parts for SRE-3000 units, so you don't need to replace a working lift just because a newer model number exists.
What's included in the "Power" (PF) package?
The Power package bundles Bruno's power options onto either the Elan or Elite — a power swivel seat, a power folding footrest, and a power folding rail. It's not a separate stairlift, just the same base lift with these upgrades included, and it's a great fit for riders with limited grip strength or reduced ability to bend down and fold the seat by hand.
Can I add the Power package later, or does it need to be ordered upfront?
Some power options can be added to an existing lift, but it depends on your specific unit and rail configuration. Altamira's technicians can evaluate your current stairlift during a service visit and let you know which power upgrades are compatible.
Is the outdoor Elite (SRE-2010E) the same lift as the indoor Elite?
They share the same 400 lb capacity and core mechanics, but the SRE-2010E is built specifically for year-round outdoor exposure — weather-resistant seat materials, a lightweight protective cover, and an anodized aluminum rail rated for 0°F to 125°F. Because of that added exposure, it carries a 5-Year Limited Warranty rather than the indoor models' Limited Lifetime Warranty.
How much does a straight stairlift cost installed?
For the Elan (SRE-5000), installed cost typically runs $4,000–$6,000, depending on staircase length and any added power options. Elite and outdoor models generally run higher given the increased capacity and weatherproofing. Altamira can give you an exact quote after a free in-home consultation.
Which model is right for my staircase?
It depends on rider weight, staircase length, and whether the lift needs to handle outdoor conditions. Altamira's mobility specialists will walk your stairs and recommend the right model — Elan or Elite, standard or Power — during a free consultation.
