Joseph Kramer
Managing Partner & Founder
A U.S. Army veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division, including a combat tour in Iraq, Joe founded Altamira in 2010 after a career in public-sector economic development. His background gives Altamira deep experience working with government partners and a personal commitment to serving veterans and the disabled.
Yoshua Gonzalez
Director, Field Operations
Yosh brings hands-on field experience to every Altamira project, directing field operations across Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Lexington, Henderson, Edison, and Dayton. He oversees installation quality, technician coordination, job readiness, scheduling alignment, and consistent service delivery while helping each location maintain the same high standard of safety and craftsmanship.
