Model CRE-2110
Elite Curve Indoor Stairlift
North America's Top-Selling Curved Stairlift
The Elite Curve is hand-crafted rail by rail to precisely follow the turns, bends, and landings of your own staircase — no modular joints, no compromise on fit. A direct-drive motor and covered gear rack deliver a smooth, quiet ride, and the offset swivel seat rotates 90° at the top landing for a safe, easy exit.

Model CRE-2110E
Elite Curve Outdoor Stairlift
Custom-Built for Every Season, Outdoors
The outdoor version of the Elite Curve, hand-crafted to match your exterior staircase's exact angles and elevation. Marine-grade vinyl upholstery, durable powder-coat paint, and a weather-resistant cover keep it running reliably from 0°F to 125°F — ideal for decks, docks, and multi-level outdoor entries.
Curved Stairlift Model FAQ
Why is there only one curved stairlift model?
Unlike straight stairlifts, every curved rail is hand-crafted to precisely match your own staircase's turns, bends, and landings — so there's no off-the-shelf "size" to choose between. Bruno's Elite Curve is their single curved rail platform, available for indoor or outdoor installation, with your specific rail fabricated to order.
What's the difference between the indoor and outdoor Elite Curve?
Both share the same 400 lb capacity and hand-crafted rail approach. The outdoor version (CRE-2110E) adds marine-grade vinyl upholstery, durable powder-coat paint, and a weather-resistant cover, and is tested for 0°F to 125°F. Because of that added exposure, it carries a 5-Year Limited Warranty rather than the indoor model's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
How long does a curved stairlift take to install?
Longer than a straight lift, since the rail is custom-fabricated to your staircase rather than assembled from stock rail sections. After Altamira measures your stairs, expect several weeks of lead time for the rail to be hand-crafted before installation, which typically takes a few hours once the rail arrives.
How much does a curved stairlift cost?
Curved installs typically start around $11,000, and vary based on the number of angles, overall rail length, and any added options. Altamira can give you an exact quote after a free in-home consultation and measurement.
Can a curved stairlift be moved to a different home?
No. Because each rail is custom-fabricated to the exact contours of one staircase, curved stairlifts are not intended for relocation the way a straight stairlift can be.
Does the curved stairlift work during a power outage?
Yes. Both the indoor and outdoor Elite Curve run on continuously-charging batteries that keep the lift operational for multiple round trips even if the power goes out.
Which side of the staircase can the stairlift be mounted on?
The Elite Curve can be mounted on either side of your staircase, and the rail is fabricated to match whichever side works best for your entry and exit points at the top and bottom landings.
