Stairlift Installation · Dayton, OH
Built Around Your Stairs, Not the Other Way Around
Miami Valley homes rarely make it easy. Split-levels in Huber Heights, narrow two-story staircases in Oakwood and Kettering, walk-out basements in Beavercreek — no two sets of stairs measure the same. So our Dayton installers begin with a free in-home assessment: tread depth, headroom, doorway clearance at the top and bottom, and where the charge points will sit. Nothing gets ordered until we know exactly what fits.
We install American-made Bruno lifts as an authorized dealer, which means factory-trained technicians and a real manufacturer warranty behind the motor, gearbox, and rail. And because the crew works out of Intercity Drive here in Dayton, a service call reaches someone local — not a call center three states away.

Curved Stairlifts
Rail hand-built to your exact turns, landings, and angles.

What to Expect
Your Dayton Stairlift Installation, Step by Step
Nobody should have to guess what they're signing up for. Here's the whole process our Miami Valley crew follows, from the first call to the first ride.
Talk It Through First
A short call about your stairs and who will be riding. Ask anything — nothing is owed and nobody follows up unless you want us to.
We Measure at Your House
Tread depth, headroom, doorway swing at both landings. Split-levels and older Dayton homes hide surprises that only show up in person.
The Right Bruno for Your Stairs
Straight or curved, inside or out — we point you to the model that actually fits, including seat and swivel options worth having.
A Price You Can Hold On To
Itemized, in writing, no moving target. Financing terms are laid out on the same page if you'd rather spread the cost.
Installed Without the Mess
The rail bolts to your treads — never your walls — so there's no drywall repair and no repainting. Straight rails usually go in the same day.
Nobody Leaves Until You're Sure
Every sensor and stop gets tested, then we ride through it with you as many times as it takes to feel routine.
Warranty-backed, with service calls answered by the same Dayton team that installed it.
The Stairlifts We Install in Dayton
Five Bruno models, one of which will fit your staircase — straight or curved, inside the house or out on the deck.

Model SRE-5000
Bruno Elan
The workhorse for a plain flight of stairs. Slim rail tucks close to the wall, and the batteries keep it moving when a storm takes the power out. The SRE-5000 is Bruno's current Elan, replacing the SRE-3050 — which we still install from remaining stock and continue to service.

Model SRE-2010
Bruno Elite
Step up in capacity and comfort. A 90° offset swivel seat makes getting off at the top landing easier, and a wider seat and footrest are available.

Model SRE-2010E
Bruno Elite Outdoor
Built to sit outside through an Ohio winter. Weather-resistant seat, protective cover, and an anodized rail rated from 0°F to 125°F.

Model CRE-2110
Bruno Elite Curve
For staircases with a turn or a landing partway up. Every rail is hand-built to the measurements of your specific stairs — nothing is off the shelf.

Model CRE-2110E
Bruno Elite Curve Outdoor
A custom curved rail rated for the outdoors — marine-grade vinyl seating and a weatherproof cover, good from 0°F to 125°F.
Not sure which fits your stairs?
Our Dayton team measures your exact staircase and tells you which model works — free, and with no obligation to buy.
Get My Free Assessment →Certified Installers, Not a Referral Service
We're an authorized dealer for the brands we install — not a lead broker passing your info to a subcontractor.
Authorized Bruno & Harmar Dealer
Factory-trained technicians handle every install and service call, which is what keeps your manufacturer warranty intact.
Straight Lifts Done in One Visit
A straight rail usually goes in and works the same afternoon. Curved rails are hand-built to your stairs, so plan on 3–5 weeks.
Battery Backup Standard
Ohio storms take lines down every year. Every lift we install runs off rechargeable batteries, so an outage doesn't strand anyone upstairs.
Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB)
With Wright-Patterson down the road, we work with a lot of veterans. If you have VA home-modification benefits, we'll help you through the paperwork.
Financing Available
Qualified buyers can spread the cost over monthly payments rather than covering it all at once.
Local Dayton Team
Crews run out of our Intercity Drive location. When you call about service, you reach the people who put the lift in.
Dayton Stairlift Questions, Answered
How much does a stairlift cost in Dayton?
A straight-rail Bruno installed in a Dayton home generally runs $3,000 to $6,000 depending on the model and options. Curved rails are hand-built to your staircase, which puts them in the $9,000 to $17,000 range. Outdoor units land in between. Those are honest estimates — your written quote comes after we measure, and there's no charge for that visit.
How long does installation actually take?
A straight rail is usually installed and running the same afternoon we arrive. Curved rails have to be manufactured to your exact stairs, so expect roughly three to five weeks between the measurement and the install date.
Will the stairlift damage my stairs or walls?
No. The rail bolts into the stair treads, not the wall studs, so there's no framing work, no drywall patching, and nothing to repaint. If the lift is ever removed, the tread holes are small and easily filled.
I have an older Bruno Elan SRE-3050 — can you still service it?
Yes. Bruno's current Elan is the SRE-5000, but we continue to service the SRE-3050 and still install remaining stock. If yours was put in by another dealer, that's fine — bring us the model number and we'll take care of it.
What happens if the power goes out?
Every lift we install runs on rechargeable batteries that charge at both landings. When an Ohio storm takes the lines down, a charged lift keeps working — nobody gets stranded on the wrong floor.
Do you come out to my town?
Our crews work out of 3554 Intercity Drive in Dayton and travel throughout the Miami Valley — Kettering, Beavercreek, Springboro, and Troy are all routine trips for us. If you're not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask.
Can a veteran get help paying for this?
Often, yes. Veterans with a qualifying service-connected disability may be eligible for the VA's HISA grant toward home accessibility work. Altamira is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and we walk people through that paperwork regularly. Financing is also available to any qualified buyer.
What does the free assessment involve?
A specialist comes to your home, measures tread depth and headroom, checks the door clearances at both landings, and talks through who will be riding it. You get a model recommendation and a written price. Nothing is owed and nobody pushes you to decide on the spot — request a free consultation or call 800-343-1066.
